LONDON (Alliance News) - Chipmaker Imagination Technologies Group PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Guy Millward as its chief financial officer, effective from December 21.
He was most recently the chief financial officer of Advanced Computer Software Group PLC, the UK-based IT services company.
"I am delighted that Guy will be joining us shortly as chief financial officer. He is ideally suited for the position and brings with him extensive international technology expertise," said Hossein Yassaie, chief executive of Imagination.
Shares in Imagination were up 1.0% to 220.50p on Wednesday.
