LONDON (Alliance News) - Imaginatik PLC Wednesday said it has signed a consultancy contract with a US-based energy generation and distribution company, worth around USD250,000 over the next three months.
Imaginatik, which provides technology products and consultancy services, said that under the terms of the contract it will support the client in co-developing the framework for its future innovation programme. It did not name the client.
"I am delighted to announce that we are able to further increase our footprint within this important client, further demonstrating the value in our combined consulting and technology offerings and the added value that we can deliver to our clients," Non-Executive Chairman Matt Cooper said in a statement.
Shares in Imaginatik were trading up 6.2% at the open on Wednesday following the announcement.
