LONDON (Alliance News) - Consultancy and technology products company Imaginatik PLC on Tuesday said it has repaid the remaining amount left on the loan provided by its chairman last year.
The company said the final USD60,000 of the USD110,000 loan provided by Matt Cooper, its non-executive chairman, has been repaid, along with interest.
The USD250,000 loan provided to the company by Cooper in January 2015, however, remains outstanding, and the terms of this facility have been extended, the company said.
