LONDON (Alliance News) - Battery technology company Ilika PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director William Wakeham will retire from the board at the end of September.
Wakeham was appointed to the board in May 2010 when the company completed its IPO.
Jeremy Millard, who was a partner at Smith Square Partners LLC, will join the company as Wakeham's replacement from October. He is currently non-executive director Idox PLC and non-executive director of Blackbullion Ltd.
Ilika shares were down 0.9% at 19.08 pence on Wednesday.
