LONDON (Alliance News) - Ilika PLC said Thursday it promoted Non-Executive Director Keith Jackson as chairman from January 1, as Mike Inglis will step down from the board on that date.
Jackson has been a non-executive of the battery technology company since 2014. He is also currently chief technology officer at Meggitt PLC, where he is responsible for technology direction and strategy.
Inglis which was appointed as non-executive director of Ilika in July 2015 and as chairman in September 2015 will step down due to increased committee activities on other boards.
Ilika shares were trading down 1.4% at 18.00 pence each.
