(Alliance News) - IG Design Group PLC said Friday that Non-Executive Chair John Charlton will be retiring with effect at the group's annual general meeting in 2021.
Charlton has been part of the consumer gift packaging firm for ten years since 2010, and been its chair for nine years since 2011.
Prior to joining to IG Design, Charlton was chief executive of greetings card publisher UK Greetings Ltd.
IG Design said over the next year it will undertake an orderly process to select a new chair, ensuring there is enough time for a sufficient handover between Charlton and his successor.
IG Design will conduct its annual general meeting for 2020 on September 21.
Shares in IG Design were down 1.0% at 438.80 pence on Friday in London.
