LONDON (Alliance News) - Technology services firm iEnergizer Ltd has appointed Ashish Madan as its new chief financial officer, it said Thursday, starting immediately.
Madan has been with iEnergizer since 2000 in a variety of senior positions, including as executive vice-president of business services & client relationships as well as senior vice president of business & development customer support.
Executive Director Anil Aggarwal said: "We are delighted that Ashish is joining the board at such an exciting and important time for the company.
"His expertise and knowledge of the company will be invaluable to us as we continue to ensure long-term value creation for our shareholders."
Shares were untraded on Thursday, last quoted at 56.80 pence each.
