LONDON (Alliance News) - Business and government software firm Idox PLC on Monday said it has appointed Andrew Riley as chief operating officer with immediate effect.
Riley has been the managing director of Idox's Public Sector Software division since 2011 and was sales & marketing director before that.
"I recognised Andrew's talent back in 2006 when I joined Idox and started working closely with him. He consistently performs, is someone I enjoy working with and, since his promotion in 2011 to head of our Public Sector Division, Andrew has created a strong tradition of delivering organic growth. I and the board see his promotion to the board as the opportunity to leverage his talents and to bring the business together as a single integrated unit," Chief Executive Richard Kellett-Clarke said in a statement.
Shares in Idox were trading down 1.3% at 38.00 pence Monday afternoon.
