LONDON (Alliance News) - Information management services provider Idox PLC said Monday it has appointed Rob Grubb as chief financial officer with effect from November 1.
He will be replacing Jane Mackie, who stepped down in August after around 12 years in the role.
Grubb's most recent role was at software company Gresham Technologies PLC, where he was chief financial officer from 2010 to March 2018. Prior to that he was accountant at chemical acrylic products firm Lucite International Group Ltd from 2007 to 2009.
"We are delighted that Rob will be joining the board of Idox as chief financial officer. He brings technology and software experience that will be invaluable as we continue to focus on returning Idox to good growth and improving profitability combined with better cash generation and levels of recurring revenue in future years," said Chairman Laurence Vaughan.
Shares in IDOX were down 3.2% at 31.23 pence on Monday.
