(Alliance News) - IDE Group Holdings PLC, a network, cloud and IT managed services provider, on Wednesday said that it has appointed Sebastian White as a non-executive director.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Max Royde will be stepping down with immediate effect and White will take up Royde's roles and responsibilities on the board.
White has worked as investment director at the company's 8.6% shareholder Kestrel Partners LLP for two years.
Shares in IDE were trading 2.8% lower at 3.50 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
