LONDON (Alliance News) - ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Ltd Thursday said that it raised GBP3.7 million via a placing of 3.6 million shares at 102 pence each, which it said it will use to fund an investment.
The company said that it has secured its tenth investment for around GBP8.0 million, in a loan to Quay Hotels Ltd, and placed new shares on the market to raise funds for the investment.
It said that on completion, the investment will take the company's total net investments made to GBP104.3 million.
The company said the shares were placed with existing and new institutional investors, and the placing was held by Investec Bank PLC.
Shares in the company were up 0.2% at 103.00 pence before midday Thursday.
