ICG-Longbow Net Asset Value Up As Profit Boosted By Interest Income

LONDON (Alliance News) - ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Ltd on Thursday said its net asset value rose in its recently-ended financial year, with its profit also higher on the back of a strong income performance in the year.

ICG-Longbow said its net asset value in the year to the end of January was up to GBP108.2 million from GBP103.4 million a year earlier, translating to a net asset value of 99.99 pence per share, up from 98.79 pence.

The group generated interest income of GBP8.5 million from its loan portfolio, up from GBP2.6 million a year earlier, pushing is profit after tax up to GBP7.6 million from GBP1.4 million.

The fund paid another quarterly dividend of 1.5 pence per share for the fourth quarter, bringing its total dividend for the year to 6 pence per share. Last year, its total dividend payout was 1.75 pence.

Shares in ICG-Longbow were up 0.7% to 105.47 pence on Thursday.
