LONDON (Alliance News) - ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited Thursday said that it has completed its third transaction, with an GBP18.07 million loan to a Meadow Real Estate Fund subsidiary.
ICG-Longbow said that the completion of the Meadow loan increases the total investments it has made to date to GBP50.34 million, which represents 49% of available capital.
It said that the debt facility has a maturity date of December 2017 and is secured by a first and only charge on a multi-let retail warehouse park situated in a prime location in Greater London.
ICG-Longbow shares were quoted Thursday at 101.75 pence, up 0.38p.
