IBEX Global Shows Increased Revenues, Widens Pretax Losses After AIM Admission

LONDON (Alliance News) - IBEX Global Solutions PLC Tuesday saw increased full-year revenues and widened pretax losses after its admission to AIM in June.

For the year ending June 30 the company posted revenues of GBP141.5 million, up from GBP105.4 million in the previous year. The company records a pretax loss of GBP17.0 million, widened from GBP4.0 million in the previous year. Administrative expenses jumped to GBP19.2 million from GBP16.6 million, and the company posted exceptional items of GBP16.7 million related to its admission to AIM.

The contact centre services company said that it had performed significantly ahead of expectations, and that the benefits of its initial public offering were already showing through in its operations. It said that funds raised through the initial public offering would fund its growth.

Shares in IBEX were trading down 0.5% at 192.45 pence Tuesday morning.
