LONDON (Alliance News) - International Consolidated Airlines Group SA on Thursday announced two board changes as it announced plans for its annual general meeting, expected to take place in Madrid in mid-June.
The FTSE 100-listed airline operator said Non-Executive Director James Lawrence will not be seeking re-election and will step down from his position after the annual general meeting.
To fill this vacancy, the company will look to appoint Deborah Kerr as independent non-executive director.
Shares in IAG were trading 1.2% lower at 640.80 pence per share on Thursday afternoon.
