LONDON (Alliance News) - i3 Energy PLC on Friday announced it has contracted Gardline Ltd to survey the Liberator oil field for drilling and pipeline work.
Gardline will survey Liberator, in the North Sea, for 2019 and 2020 drilling work and also for the pipeline route, both of which form part of phase one of the development programme at Liberator.
Work is expected to complete during March, and has already begun.
The survey, i3 said, will enable it to finish its environmental statement and provide necessary engineering and environmental data to finish planning its 2019 drill programme.
i3 also said Friday Non-Executive Director Neill Carson, Chief Financial Officer Graham Heath, and Chief Operating Officer John Woods have bought shares worth GBP788,669 in the company, at 37 pence per share.
The stock was 2.1% higher on Friday morning at 40.32p a share.
