LONDON (Alliance News) - Chinese radio transceivers and radio systems maker Hytera Communications Corp on Thursday said its shareholders have passed the resolutions necessary to approve its acquisition of UK critical communications firm Sepura PLC.
Hytera and London-listed Sepura agreed the GBP74.0 million deal in December. Under the terms, Hytera will pay 20.00 pence a share for Sepura, a 36% premium to Sepura's closing price on November 3, the day prior to the pair entering talks.
Shares in Sepura were trading flat at 19.50p on Thursday.
