LONDON (Alliance News) - HydroDec Group PLC on Wednesday said its UK subsidiary has struck a deal to sell its Knowsley office and plant premises and associated assets for GBP685,000 in cash to Mulberry Waste Ltd.
Going forward, HydroDec, a clean-technology industrial oil re-refining company, said its collection operations in the UK will be based out of its Manchester transfer station. In addition, HydroDec UK has entered a commercial deal with Mulberry for it to process workshop waste.
"Hydrodec UK has responded, and continues to respond to, and operate in, a tough trading environment," said Ian Smale, HydroDec's chief executive.
Shares in HydroDec were up 2.8% to 7.195 pence on Wednesday.
