LONDON (Alliance News) - HydroDec Group PLC on Thursday said production at its Canton re-refinery has been halted after equipment integrity issues meant it had to make repairs.
The advanced oil and chemical process technology, products and services company only re-started production at the site last month, having rebuilt the Ohio-based plant following an explosion and fire in December 2013.
HydroDec said it is in talks with the principal contractor on the work and the equipment manufacturer to resolve the issues and expects to provide a further update by the end of next week.
Shares in HydroDec were down 8.4% at 7.10 pence following the announcement.
