LONDON (Alliance News) - Hydro International PLC Monday announced its new global leadership team, implemented by new Chief Executive Michael Jennings.
Hydro produces water flow and water purification products, as well as services for the control and treatment of stormwater, wastewater and combined sewer overflows.
The company announced a new operational team comprised of the following appointments; Steve Hides as President of the Americas, Martin Foyle as Managing Director of Europe, Clive Evans as International Business Director, Tony Hollox as Chief Financial officer, Bob Andoh as Chief Technology Officer, and Roger Crook as Commercial Director.
Crook is joining the company from MBA Polymers, after previously working at Wellcome, BOC Edwards, Tianli and IMA Life.
"Since joining Hydro in July, I have been keen to strengthen the structure of Hydro's global leadership team," said Chief Executive Michael Jennings in a statement.
Shares in Hydro were trading up 0.50 pence at 107.00 pence Monday morning.
