LONDON (Alliance News) - Hurricane Energy PLC on Monday said Chairman John Hogan will step down in March after three years at the helm.
Robert Arnott has been appointed as Hogan's replacement and will take over the role from March 1.
Arnott is the former chairman of Petroceltic International PLC and chaired other oil and gas companies, including Global Petroleum Ltd and Oyster Petroleum Ltd, having started his career at Royal Dutch Shell PLC. He also spent a decade working in investment banking, including for Goldman Sachs Inc and Morgan Stanley.
Shares in Hurricane were up 0.2% to 10.27 pence. Petroceltic shares were up 1.6%.
