(Alliance News) - PR firm Huntsworth Group PLC said Tuesday it has promoted Head of Finance Ben Jackson to the company's board as chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Shares in Huntsworth were up 0.6% at 86.11 pence on Wednesday in London.
He will be replacing Neil Jones after three years in the role since 2016. Jones has moved to the newly created role of chief operating officer.
Jackson has been part of the healthcare and communications firm for three years since 2016, joining from exhibitions and conferences organiser Hyve Group PLC, formerly known as ITE where he was financial controller.
"Ben joined the group three years ago as head of finance. In the past year, he has been taking an increasingly prominent role in the group's senior financial decisions, banking relationships and control environment improvements, and we are pleased that he will now take on all aspects of the chief financial officer role," said Chief Executive Officer Paul Taaffe.
