LONDON (Alliance News) - Hummingbird Resources PLC Wednesday said it has appointed Endeavour Financial to help it identify and implement various financing options for the Dugbe 1 Project, Liberia, and assist in a review of all project work and contracts, while the two companies will also work together on a development strategy.
"The appointment of Endeavour, with their proven track record, is another important step towards bringing our Dugbe 1 Project into production. We look forward to working together to ensure the funding is in place for the development of the project after the completion of the Detailed Feasibility Study," Dan Betts, Chief Executive, said in a statement.
The company said it is making good progress with its Detailed Feasibility Study, with the various work programmes progressing well and the study remaining on track for completion in the third quarter of 2014.
Shares in the company were Wednesday quoted at 39.12 pence, down 1.6%.
