HSBC Lowers Stake in Mobile Streams To 5.9% From 7.0% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile gaming site Mobile Streams PLC said Wednesday HSBC Holdings PLC reduced its stake in the company to 5.9% after a transaction on Monday.

HSBC took its stake to 5.9% from its original 7.0%. The bank now owns 5.4 million of Mobile Stream's 91.6 million shares.

Shares in Mobile Streams closed up 2.9% to 0.90 pence each Wednesday afternoon.
