(Alliance News) - BCA Marketplace PLC on Friday said HSBC Holdings PLC held a 6.2% stake in the company following a deal.
The transaction took place on Monday this week, after which HSBC held 46.9 million shares in the FTSE 250 car auction operator, equivalent to a 6.198% stake. The bank's previous holding, if any, was not disclosed.
On Wednesday this week, Invesco Ltd shrank its BCA Marketplace holding to 16% from 20%.
Shares in BCA Marketplace were down 0.5% at 244.00 pence on Friday at mid day.
