LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed bank HSBC Holdings PLC on Tuesday said it has issued GBP1.00 billion resettable senior unsecured notes due 2028, following an indenture dated August 26, 2009.
This follows the issue of USD2.50 billion in fixed and floating rate senior unsecured notes due 2025, and USD500 million in floating rate notes due 2025 on Monday.
HSBC will look to list the new notes on the New York Stock Exchange.
Shares in HSBC Holdings were up 0.2% at 625.50 pence on Tuesday.
