LONDON (Alliance News) - HSBC Holdings PLC on Friday said Deputy Chairman Simon Robertson will retire from his role after the group's 2016 annual general meeting.
Robertson is one of the group's longest-serving non-executive directors, having been with the company for 10 years.
Rona Fairhead, the chair of HSBC North America, also will be stepping down after the meeting and will hand her responsibilities to Heidi Miller at the end of 2015.
