(Alliance News) - HSBC Holdings PLC on Tuesday announced the pricing terms for its tender offers for nine series of notes.
The consideration for all notes is per USD1,000 principal amount and the notes are listed by descending acceptance priority level. For its 4.000% senior unsecured noted due March 2022, the consideration is USD1,050.02 and for its 2.950% senior unsecured notes due May 2021 the consideration is USD1,013.39.
For its 2.650% senior unsecured notes due January 2022 the consideration is USD1,026.64; for its 4.875% senior unsecured notes due January 2022 the consideration is USD1,052.17; for its 3.400% senior unsecured notes due March 2021 the consideration is USD1,008.81; and for its 5.100% senior unsecured notes due April 2021 the consideration is USD1,017.14.
For its floating rate senior unsecured notes due January 2022 the consideration is USD1,015.70; for its floating rate senior unsecured notes due May 2021 the consideration is USD1,008.00; and for its floating rate senior unsecured notes due March 2021 the consideration is USD1,006.10.
Shares in HSBC ended 4.1% higher at 399.65 pence in London on Tuesday.
