LONDON (Alliance News) - Kitchens and joinery products firm Howden Joinery Group PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Richard Pennycook as its new chairman to replace outgoing Will Samuel.
Samuel will step down after the company's annual general meeting in May 2016.
Pennycook has been a non-executive at Howden since September 2013 and will become non-executive chairman following Samuel's departure.
Pennycook is currently the chief executive of the Co-operative Group and sits on the board of housebuilder Persimmon PLC.
