LONDON (Alliance News) - Abbey PLC on Wednesday said it appointed Avril Gallagher as a non-executive director and a member of the audit and remuneration committees.
Gallagher is currently an independent consultant in an undisclosed advertising and media business. She is also a director of Oxford Gate Management Ltd and Matthew Investments Ltd.
"The board of Abbey is delighted that Gallagher has accepted this appointment," the company said in the statement Wednesday.
Abbey shares were untraded on Wednesday, last closing at 1,135.00 pence each.
