LONDON (dpa-AFX) - British home insurance firm HomeServe Plc (HSV.L) reported that Jonathan King, Chief Executive of HomeServe Membership and an Executive Director, would resign from the business after 13 years of service to pursue a non-executive career. He would leave the HomeServe Membership board on December 31, 2013 and the HomeServe plc Board on March 31, 2014.
Meanwhile, Martin Bennett would replace Jonathan as Chief Executive, HomeServe Membership from January 1, 2014. Martin joined HomeServe in 2003 and has been a member of the HomeServe plc board since 2009. Martin's existing responsibilities for Risk Management, Information Systems and Underwriting would transfer to Johnathan Ford, Group Chief Financial Officer on January 1st.
