LONDON (Alliance News) - Corporate services company Hogg Robinson Group PLC on Friday said Tony Isaac is to be appointed as its new chairman, effective from July.
Isaac, currently chair of the company's audit committee and the senior independent director, will take up the role after the company's annual general meeting on July 24.
He takes over from John Coombe, who is retiring after nine years at the helm.
Hogg Robinson added it is making progress on finding a new finance director to replace Philip Harrison, who will leave the company later this year to join Balfour Beatty PLC.
Shares in Hogg Robinson were up 1.3% to 47.85 pence on Friday.
