LONDON (Alliance News) - Property management and insurance services company HML Holdings PLC on Wednesday said it has acquired Managed Living Partnership Ltd, a property management company based in Bermondsey in south east London.
HML Hawksworth, HML's subsidiary covering central and east London, has acquired the company for GBP715,000 in cash.
Managed Living currently manages more than 1,500 residential properties across 40 blocks of flats in London.
HML shares were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 30.98 pence.
