LONDON (Alliance News) - Property management company HML Holdings PLC said on Friday it has acquired property services business Dauntons Soar Management Ltd for a total of GBP669,000 in cash.
HML will make an initial payment of GBP467,000 in cash from the group's existing facilities, and GBP202,000 will be in retention payments, subject to certain achievements 12 and 24 months after the acquisition date.
"This is a strategically important acquisition for HML, extending our reach into an attractive central London market. We are pleased to welcome Simon and the team at Dauntons Soar Management Limited into the HML family. They bring with them a wealth of knowledge in this niche and extremely attractive sector of the property management market," said Chief Executive Rob Plumb.
Shares in HML Holdings were untraded on Friday, last quoted at 28.00 pence.
