LONDON (Alliance News) - Hipgnosis Songs Fund Ltd on Thursday proposed a 0.50 pence dividend to cover the period since its admission to the end of September.
The company, which invests in a portfolio of songs, floated on the London Stock Exchange in July after raising GBP200 million.
Hipgnosis is targeting an annual dividend for the first 12 months following admission of 3.5p per share. The firm plans to pay interim quarterly dividends to shareholders in November, February, May and August.
Shares in the company were trading up 0.2% Thursday at 106.99p.
