LONDON (Alliance News) - Highway Capital PLC on Tuesday said that Non-Executive Director Dariusz Zych will step down from the board at the end of the company's annual general meeting on April 29.
Zych informed the company that he will not seek re-election at the AGM due to "broader commitments" taking up most of his time and leaving him unable to "devote sufficient time to his duties" for Highway.
Meanwhile, the company said it has appointed Nicolay Mayster to the board with immediate effect, and will stand for election at the forthcoming AGM.
Highway Capital shares remain suspended as it is currently seeking reverse takeover opportunities.
