LONDON (Alliance News) - Highway Capital PLC on Thursday said it has received a GBP20,000 loan from non-executive director Dariusz Zych.
The five-year loan is convertible into Highway shares at 10.00 pence apiece at Zych's request.
In the event the loan is not repaid or converted prior to its maturity date, it will have a 5.0% interest rate.
The proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.
Highway shares were down 8.3% to 22.00 pence.
