LONDON (Alliance News) - HICL Infrastructure Company Ltd on Tuesday said it has raised more than proposed in its latest issue of shares.
In a statement, the infrastructure investor said it raised GBP36.0 million through the issue of 23.1 million shares at 156.0 pence each.
The company said the fundraising was "materially oversubscribed".
"In light of the company's current investment pipeline the size of the issue was therefore increased from its initial target of GBP25.0 million," the company said.
Shares in HICL were up 0.2% at 157.63p on Tuesday afternoon.
