LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish real estate investor Hibernia REIT PLC and joint venture partner Starwood Capital Group Global LP have arranged a new loan for the 1 Windmill Lane project in Dublin.
The pair have signed a EUR46.7 million non-resource financing facility with the London branch of German bank Deutsche Bank AG.
The three-year facility is secured against the Windmill Lane venture's assets and will be used to back the development of the site, which is due to be completed in late 2017.
