LONDON (Alliance News) - Chilean miner Herencia Resources PLC said Wednesday that Chairman Peter Reeve has resigned from his role and the company with immediate effect, after a year in the role.
Reeve was first appointed as a non-executive director in March 2017.
He has been replaced by Non-Executive Director Carl Dumbrell, who will become non-executive chairman. Dumbrell is currently managing director at ASX-listed Emperor Energy Ltd and was non-executive director at Oil Basins Ltd for two years from 2015 to 2017.
Shares in Herencia Resources were down 9.8% at 0.036 pence on Wednesday.
