LONDON (Alliance News) - Herencia Resources PLC said on Wednesday it has hired the current managing director of Emperor Energy Ltd as finance director.
Carl Dumbrell joins the board with immediate effect following 20 years as a partner of Herencia's accounting firms. He was also director at Optival Ltd, which was dissolved during his tenure by way of a striking off.
He is currently a director at Backreef Energy Pty Ltd, Canning Basin Oil Ltd, and C&W Perry Ltd, among others.
Shares in Herencia Resources were down 9.7% at 0.032 pence on Wednesday afternoon.
