(Alliance News) - Henderson Smaller Cos Investment Trust PLC said Friday Non-Executive Director Beatrice Hollond has retired from the investment firm with immediate effect.
Hollond will be replaced as senior independent director by David Lamb, with Alexandra Mackesy becoming audit committee chair.
Shares in Henderson Smaller Cos were 0.4% higher at 856.11 pence in London on Friday.
