(Alliance News) - Henderson Opportunities Trust PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Davina Curling as a non-executive director with effect from November.
The investment company also said Curling will also join the Audit, Insider, Management Engagement and Nominations Committees.
Curling has over 25 years of fund management experience and is currently a director of Invesco Income Growth Trust PLC and Blackrock Greater Europe Investment Trust PLC. She is currently a trustee of the Rosanna Hospital Charity.
In addition, Henderson said Max King, who has served on the board for more than 14 years, will retire with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting in March 2020.
Henderson shares were down 0.4% in London on Thursday at 908.50 pence each.
