LONDON (Alliance News) - Henderson Global Trust PLC on Wednesday wrote to shareholders with proposals that would allow them to roll over their investment into Henderson International Income Trust PLC, Bankers Investment Trust PLC, or both, as the trust looks to wind up in April.
In February, Henderson Global Trust agreed in principle to combine with Henderson International Income Trust PLC, with Bankers Investment Trust to act as an alternative rollover option for shareholders of Henderson Global Trust.
Under the proposals, Henderson Global will be wound up on April 22, with its net assets transferred to the successor vehicles.
