(Alliance News) - Henderson European Focus Trust PLC said Friday it has appointed Robert Jeens as chair with immediate effect, succeeding the outgoing Rodney Dennis.
In addition, Directors Alec Comba and Alain Dromer have retired after 17 and 6 years in their roles respectively.
Also, Henderson European has appointed Tom OHara as co-fund manager, alongside John Bennett.
Shares in Henderson European Focus Trust closed 1.6% lower at 1,270.00 pence on Friday in London.
