(Alliance News) - Henderson Diversified Income Trust PLC said Tuesday it has declared a second interim dividend of 1.10 pence per ordinary share for the period ending April 30.
The company said dividends will be payable on December 31 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 6 December 2019.
This dividend is to be paid as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes from the company's revenue account, Henderson Diversified Income Trust said. The company's shares will go ex-dividend on 5 December 2019.
Back in August the company declared a first interim dividend of 1.10 pence per ordinary share.
Henderson Diversified Income Trust shares closed 1.1% higher in London at 91.00 pence each on Tuesday.
