(Alliance News) - Citigroup Global Markets Ltd on Thursday said that Millicom Holding BV, a shareholder in Helios Towers PLC, intends to sell around 48 million shares in the telecommunications infrastructure company.
The shares will be sold through an accelerated bookbuild process to eligible institutional investors, for which Citigroup and JP Morgan Cazenove will act as joint global coordinators and bookrunners.
Helios Towers will not receive any proceeds from the placing. The shares to be sold reflects a 4.8% interest.
Shares in Helios Towers closed down 0.9% at 175.40 pence on Thursday in London. Based on the closing price, Millicom Holdings stands to sell around GBP84.2 million in stock.
