LONDON (Alliance News) - Helical PLC on Wednesday said non-executive director and remuneration committee chair Michael O'Donnell will not seek re-election at its next annual general meeting.
O'Donnell joined the property investment and development firm in 2011 and, in addition to his role as remuneration chair, has been a member of Helical's audit and risk committee and its nominations committee.
After eight years with the company, O'Donnell will depart following the July 11 AGM.
Shares in Helical closed down 2.4% at 345.50 pence on Wednesday.
