(Alliance News) - Helical PLC on Tuesday said it has let the final floor of The Tower, located in London, with the building now being fully occupied.
Brilliant Basics, a digital design company, has taken the 11,331 square feet 15th floor on a five-year lease, Helical said.

The Tower is let at an average contracted office rent of GBP73.55 per square feet to a variety of international businesses, Helical noted.
"It's brilliant that we were able to conclude this letting on Christmas Eve, rounding off a very successful year of leasing activity for Helical," said Helical Senior Investment Executive Tom Anderson.
