LONDON (Alliance News) - Property developer Helical Bar PLC on Wednesday said it has had a busy period in its portfolio, with progress made on lettings in both its London and regional properties in the UK in the period from July 24 to September 30.
Helical Bar said it has secured letting at The Bower in Old Street and has sold 92 residential units at the Barts Square development in the same area of east London. It has completed the sale of 99 Clifton Street and has received planning permission for the redevelopment of the 23-28 Charterhouse Square property.
Also in London, the group has submitted a planning application for its Drury Lane property in Covent Garden, has completed construction at C-Space in Old Street, and agreed a pre-let for the Broadway House property in Hammersmith.

It has now fully let its 25 King Street property in Bristol and has completed the refurbishment work at Churchgate and Lee House in Manchester.
"The last two months have seen a high level of activity across both the London and Regional portfolios, dominated by strong letting progress and the realisation of cash from a number of our developments," said Chief Executive Michael Slade.
